Week 27 :: Aches and pains

The bump has grown enormously these past few weeks causing my lower back to ache so much, I eventually succumb to walking with a waddle. I have cushions everywhere around the house, strategic places like my spot on the couch, the dining chair, at the computer and three extra full-sized pillows on the bed. The husband isn't too happy about the pillow invasion unfortunately...

At our 5th visit with Dr V this week, he says the baby is growing well and gives a thumbs up as he checks on the little heartbeat. I'm slowly creeping up the scales as I put on another two kilogrammes from my last checkup. No rest for my aching back now!
